Who we are

WBC Digital Solutions (“WBC”, “we”, “us”) is an AI product and integration partner operating across APAC and the Middle East. This policy explains how we collect and handle personal data, in line with the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (PDPO).

What we collect

We collect only what we need to respond to you and deliver our services: contact details you provide (name, company, email, phone), the content of your enquiry, and standard technical data from your visit to our site.

How we use your data

To respond to enquiries, provide and improve our services, and communicate about work you have engaged us for. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use client project data to train models for anyone other than that client.

AI & client data

When we build or integrate AI, your data is used to build your models only. It is never pooled with other clients’ data, resold, or used to train shared systems. Data handling for each engagement is documented and auditable.

Data retention & security

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law, and protect it with appropriate technical and organisational measures.

Your rights
